Dianabol, which is also known as D-Bol, is one of the most popular oral steroids. The chemical name for Dianabol is methandienone or methandrostenolone, and there are several generic and pharmaceutical varieties such as Dianoxyl and Anabol. On average, a Dianabol dosage consists of 25-40 mg split throughout each day for about 4-6 weeks. You can take a Dianabol dosage alone or you can stack it with other steroids.

Please note that you may experience water retention when you take a dose of 25 mg or more. Dianabol aromatizes pretty easily and most of the water retention is due to a build up of estrogen. You can reduce aromatization by taking Nolvadex or some kind of anti-estrogen. In addition, you can reduce the Dianabol dosage in order to reduce estrogen and water retention. If you reduce the dose during a cycle, your estrogen levels would drop slowly. Some people start their cycles with a lower Dianabol dosage of 10-20 mg each day.

If you take a lower Dianabol dosage, you should not split it in two. The best thing you can do is take a single dose as soon as you get up in the morning, preferably with a glass of grapefruit juice.

In addition, if you are worried about the effects on your liver, you can take weekends off from steroids. This way you will give your liver a break from processing the drug. If you take breaks, you will not sabotage your results. Even though the drug will not be in your system on the days that you break, the effects are still there. For example, you will have more anabolic mineral balance and extra intramuscular water. Your testosterone will not return to it’s original state, and you will still increase your muscle mass. Keep in mind that if you take the weekends off and use a low Dianabol dosage, you should be able to use the drug for 10 weeks, without any problems.

For example, you can take a Dianabol dosage of 25 mg each day for 6 weeks or 15 mg each day for 10 weeks- with weekends off. If you choose the latter, your liver will process less of the drug throughout the cycle and you will make gains for 10 full weeks, with less side effects. You still have a very solid cycle and you will make great progress.

In addition, keep in mind that milk thistle is a wonderful supplement for the liver. Studies have shown that milk thistle now only prevents damage to the liver, but it helps to repair liver damage. If you are concerned about the health of your liver, you should take a milk thistle supplement when your cycle is over.
